PNEUMATIC EQUIPMENTS GROUP

Pneumatic cyclones are designed to provide separation of airborne crops.

It carries the transported product (air & product) into the cyclone with the pneumatic fan. Due to the structure of the cyclone, the product that enters it is rotated inside the cyclone and allowed to fall down, and is evacuated with the air lock connected to the bottom of the cyclone. The air in the cyclone is evacuated from the aluminum fl ap connected to the cyclone, collected by the collector pipe and pressed into the jet fi lter. Aluminum valves are manufactured by tightening with injection molding technology, and since there is no air gap in the casting, it provides energy saving in the pneumatic system due to the absence of air leakage.

The number of pneumatic cyclones varies according to the diagram. In the system where many pneumatic cyclones are connected to the stand in parallel, the drive is provided by a single engine.
