JET PLUS FILTER (RUBBER DIAPHRAGM)

The jet filter is designed to purify the air-dust mixture, retain the dust, and expel clean air from the chimney.

Generally, in pneumatic systems, it ensures the evacuation of the flour transported with air or the air in the internal system, and filters the molecules carried with the air flow, ensuring that they remain in the system.

The filter can be used in vacuum and pressurized systems. Jet filter is produced in two different models.

The model has a diaphragm and works with a blower. The model has a pulse solenoid valve and works with a compressor.

1- 2.5 - 800 m³/min. It is used for dusty air at low flow rate.

2- Working pressure min. 0.3, max. It is between 0.5 bar.

3- Air consumption is 35-40 N.Lt/bag/piece/pulse/min.

The cylindrical filter body rotates the dust molecules entering it and directs them downwards due to its specific gravity. Dust molecules adhering to the bag are cleaned by shaking the bags with the application of compressed air directed into the bag from the opposite direction. With this application, the bag pores remain clean and air permeability is kept at the maximum level.

Thanks to the air tank integrated with the filter, there is no need for another tank. There are different types available depending on capacity.
